We are pleased to bring many minor and major enhancements to assist you and your program! Among some of the changes that you will find:

 

Copy Groups:

No longer will you need to recreate Groups each program Year. With the Copy Group Feature, you may copy your Groups and Events from previous Program Years into the new Program Year!

 

Home Visit Planning and Tracking (HVPT):

Great enhancement for Early Head Start Programs! Using the HVPT, PROMIS will automatically schedule Home Visits for your Home Based program and allow you to quickly and easily track the visits that are Completed or Rescheduled.

 

Instant Messaging:

Now you may send an Instant Messages to some or all of your PROMIS Users! Message will immediately display on each user’s screen.

 

New and updated Reports, including:

Updated Head Start Eligibility Verification Report/Form that will allow you to print and select from the Income Screen.
