The child’s Application Date is after their Enrolled Date. So to determine Immunization Information: PROMIS looks at child’s earliest Enrolled Start Date in current Program Year. Finds Application Date that is prior to Enroll Date Uses the Immunization Status that is associated with the Application Date. This is similar to what we have seen with the PIR and certain Family Related questions not being answered. To correct for this error, the Child’s Application Date must be prior to their enrolled date.

Report you are looking for is PROMIS Child List by Program Age - Grouped By Location and Age when you run this report PROMIS will ask you for Local School System Eligibility Date:* so you can enter in different cut off dates for each county, i.e. Pittsfield is Dec 1, Maryland Aug 31 etc when you run the report on children form that location..
