The cost of the PROMIS system has been carefully broken down into a formula designed to provide your agency with access to the best web-based child tracking system at the most affordable price:

1. Setup. This fee covers the initial setup of your PROMIS database and the activation of your PROMIS database. This fee is only assessed once.

2. Funded Enrollment. This cost is based on the number of children your agency is funded for enrollment. This will cover the necessary storage for your PROMIS database.

3. Concurrent Users. This cost is based on the number of users who will need to access the PROMIS system at the same time. You may enter as many users into the system as you wish; the limit to how many of them can log into the system at the same time is set by the number of concurrent user accounts you purchase. 4. Annual Maintenance. This fee covers the upkeep of the private, dedicated data center where the PROMIS databases are stored, backed up, and maintained.

5. Data conversion** (optional). This fee will cover the cost of converting one session of HSFIS data into your PROMIS database.

** Note: A one-time conversion fee will apply to agencies who need data converted from HSFIS. For agencies which have 1000 enrollment slots or less, the fee is fixed; Otherwise, the conversion fee is calculated on a sliding scale, based on number of enrollment slots.
