So you're ready to purchase PROMIS, but aren't sure how many concurrent user accounts your agency needs? We have compiled a chart based on
the number of centers within your agency and the predicted usage of PROMIS.
For each Head Start center, we estimate 2 to 5 users, with fewer users for smaller centers/less intensive PROMIS use and more users for larger centers and/or more intensive PROMIS use. An average of 3 users per center is a good starting point. We would then recomment 5 to 7 slots for your agency's Central Office, providing each component manager with a concurrent user account, and allowing for any data assistant clerks as well.
